We produce a diverse range of products, including the machine tool “ATRA” for steel material processing, “AUTO-HINGE” suitable for applications from residential buildings to large-scale facilities, and the electric screwdriver “delvo,” which is instrumental in assembling electronic devices and automotive components. Through the development of products powered by pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic sources, we pursue user-friendliness, safety, design excellence, and consideration for the environmental.
By utilizing facilities such as machining centers and NC lathes, we have established an integrated system that covers all processes, from parts processing to product assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping. Additionally, we have built a flexible production system capable of swiftly producing a wide variety of products in small quantities. Through 5S activities and C-TPM production innovation activities, we are committed to improving quality, lead time for delivery, and cost efficiency. We continuously strive for improvements and evolution by focusing on customer convenience, safety, and environmental considerations.
Since our founding, we have continued to produce a variety of products that contributes to society by leveraging our abundant technological capabilities.
On March 1, 2024, MEDOTECH and SHIRAKAWA NITTO KOHKI merged to embark on a new beginning. This integration brings together the technological strengths and production know-how cultivated by both plants, aiming for further growth.
Our vision for the company is to contribute to industrial growth and the enrichment of lives through technology that enables smooth operation. We believe that our mission is to grasp the new needs of society and raise the level of technology, quality, and service so that we receive greater recognition from the global market than ever before.
As the NITTO KOHKI Group’s key plant, we will continue to work hard as one in our production operations and strive for manufacturing that is friendly to people and the environment.
