Basic motion setting

Low speed starting to reduce problems at start of screw fastening.

  • Setting example
  • • Number of screw tightening: 3
  • • Rotation speed level at start: L1 / Rotation time at start: 0.50 sec.

Automatic three step speed control

Contributes to improved efficiency and quality of screw fastening work.

  • Setting example
  • • Rotation speed level at start: L1 / Rotation time at start: 0.50 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at middle: L8 / Rotation time at middle: 0.50 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at finish: L2 / Lower limit of screw fastening time: 1.0 sec. / Upper limit of screw fastening time: 1.5 sec.

Automatic reverse

Automatically reverses after torque-up or preset time.

  • Setting example 1 (Reversing after torque-up)
  • • Rotation speed level at start: L1 / Rotation time at start: 0.70 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at middle: L9 / Rotation time at middle: 0.30 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at finish: L2 / Lower limit of screw fastening time: 1.5 sec. / Upper limit of screw fastening time: 3.0 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at reverse: L6 / Reverse rotation time: 0.30 sec.
  • Setting example 2 (Reversing after lower limit of screw fastening time)
  • Rotation speed level at start: L1 / Rotation time at start: 0.70 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at middle: L9 / Rotation time at middle: 0.30 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at finish: L2 / Lower limit of screw fastening time: 1.5 sec.
  • • Rotation speed level at reverse: L6 / Reverse rotation time: 0.30 sec.

Count return function

Screw count setting, fastening time setting and measuring is possible.

  • Setting example
  • • When a screw is loosened, due to mistaken location or stuck screws, the count reverses by one.

Workpiece detection

Prevents human error.

  • Setting example
  • • After detecting the workpiece with a detection sensor, an "OK" signal is output only after the workpiece is removed with the screws fastened beforehand.

Channel pattern (Automatic channel switching)

The order of channel switching can be preset.

  • Setting example
  • • After fastening two screws, switching to a different channel automatically and fastening two screws.

Multiple channel patterns

Up to four automatic channel switching patterns can be set according to the external signal.

  • Setting example
  • • Assigning channel switching pattern, CH2 → CH1 on workpiece detection sensor A.
  • • Assigning channel switching pattern, CH3 → CH1 → CH2 on workpiece detection sensor B.
