Features

・The valve is closed during connection and disconnection, enabling smooth connection/disconnection under zero line pressure.
・At disconnection, the residual pressure in the plug side is released, eliminating unpleasant popping noise and hose whip motion. 
・The valve can be opened and closed while the socket and plug are connected.
・Built-in sleeve lock mechanism prevents accidental disconnection. 
・Low pressure loss and high flow rate is realized. The flow rate is increased by up to 40%. 
・The weight is reduced by 30 to 45% compared with conventional HI CUPLA series.

Smooth connection/disconnection

During connection and disconnection, the valve is closed, enabling smooth connection/disconnection under zero line pressure.

Connection
A smooth push-to-connect operation without load (zero line pressure).


Disconnection
The residual pressure in the plug side is purged by operating sleeve (B), enabling smooth disconnection without load (zero line pressure).

Built-in valve

The valve can be opened and closed while the socket and plug are connected.

Connection
A safety design that prevents air from flowing by locking the sleeve (B) when the plug is not connected.
After the plug is connected, slide the sleeve (B) to open the valve.

Disconnection
A safety design that allows disconnection of plug, only when the valve is closed. The sleeve (A) will not operate unless the valve is closed by operating sleeve (B).
1. Pull sleeve (B) and the residual pressure in the plug side will be released.。
2. By pulling sleeve (A) the plug will disconnect.

Sleeve lock function

Prevents unintended valve operation and disconnection by locking the sleeve.

Residual pressure purge function

The residual pressure will be purged when the valve is closed.

High flow rate, low pressure loss

Unique valve mechanism prevents pressure loss and enables high flow rate.
FULL BLOW CUPLA keeps the pressure loss at the minimum level, increasing the flow rate by 40% of that of conventional HI CUPLA.

Lightweight

The weight is reduced by 30 to 45% compared with that of conventional Cuplas. (HI CUPLA)
